DVM recommendation? (LAC)

I will also admit that while I use my Fluke 27 most of the time,  I must confess I keep a Beckman around for frequency, capacitance, and for when I need the actual beta of a transistor.  Fluke doesn't include these features I guess cuz they make a dedicated meter for each purpose.
