Solved! (was Re: 4ksq won't start)

Thanks much for everyone's suggestions.  The award for correct diagnosis
goes to Bill Perron ... for recommending that I check the wire connections
on top of the ignition coil for corrosion.  Sure enough, pulling a plug
and cranking the engine showed no spark.  Cleaned them up(the connectors
were terribly corroded) with a wire wheel and all is well.

Thanks again for everyone's assistance.  As usual, the advice from this
list was right on. :-)
