Help! Passenger Side Mirror - 2

Wife got a little too close to the garage and brushed the passenger side
mirrow against the house.  Did not break the mirrow but broke something inside
the auto mechanism.  When I moved the mirror around a two inch  metal piece
came out the bottom. I know it's busted the question is how to fix.  Not
sure if there are replaceable parts inside the mirror housing or how hard
it is to mess with the mirror mechanism.

A little help will be appreciated.
