No, your car does not have a warm up reg.

Replacing the idle stabilizer valve should not require any adjustments,
but if there were air leaks in the hoses to it or anything, and the car
was adjusted like that, you should.
If when you take your foot off the loud pedal the car returns to an idle
smoothly and doesn't overshoot and compensate up and down a bit, and the
car starts well warm and cold, you're probably fine.
