Sorry More Computer help NAC

Folks

since installing xp pro on my laptop i am not able to burn cds i get an error message coming up when i plug the usb cable in "A hi speed usb device is plugged into a non hi speed usb hub"

I can read cds or play music from this no problem but when i try and burn it kicks the cd out of the drive.

Any help greatly appreciated.
