Bad linkage?

When I'm cruising or push the gas/let go, I get some resonation/spinny noise
in the shifter, I replaced the housing already yet the shaft itself has
always felt a little loose, Is the linkage bad underneath the car and
allowing noise to resonate up the shaft?



Also, I think my rear calipers are bound up a little bit, anywhere to buy
some for cheap in descent condition?
