The Autobahn blue antifreeze is the exact same thing as Pentosin G 001 100
antifreeze. Pentosin is the brand that makes many of the fluids for
VW and Audi. You can buy the Pentosin labeled version from many auto parts
stores that specializes in German imports (or mail/web order) for a
lot better price than what VW/Audi charges at the dealers.

In my experience the factory hoses are very good. They should last
at least 10 years or more.
