I experienced the same symptoms in my 200 last year. I was baffled
because the slave worked intermittantly, then failed, then worked
fine for weeks until I replaced it (after bleeding with Valvoline
synth). I think the seals may be dried, shrunken, along with bore
wear. As far as mine working fine after the flushing, I can only
speculate that the fluid conditioned the seal enough to allow it to
seal.
I decided to change it because that's a sign my slave is on its way
out.
Try bleeding with new fluid, but order a new one. CHeck for any leaks
from the lines, too.
