5k ignition problem

I have a problem with the ignition system in my car. Sometimes,
especially when I rev it high (like, when passing other cars), the
ignition just cuts out and the tachometer drops to 0. Sometimes it
will "catch" again in 1-2 seconds, other times it stalls and must sit
for several minutes before restarting..

I know it's something with the ignition, because the tachometer always
drops to zero when this happens.. I have replaced cap, rotor, ignition
coil and the ignition module (transistor thing inside the car), but
nothing made a difference.. I have also tried pushing and pulling the
wires there to see if I had a bad connection, and I have checked the
connectors.

If I keep it at low rpms, it'll work great, but once I rev it beyond
4000, it usually sputters and then stalls completely, and the tacho
needle bounces like crazy..

Any tips?
