80tq- lean mixtures/low boost, Problem solved!

The problem was a bad warm up regulator.  After going
through all of the common diagnostics, and swapping out
parts one at a time, the problem ended up being a bad warm
up regulator.
This is going to be a really fun commuter car!

The car is sluggish (compared to my chipped 5ktq?s) , and
the boost does not rise to the level it should.  I have a
electronic mixture gauge installed, and it mixture being way
lean any time the analog boost gauge has more than about 1-2
lbs boost.  Something is making the mixture lean, and that
is causing low boost pressure and timing retard?
