Folks,

Thank you for your responses regarding my upcoming Audi purchase. I
appreciate it.

BTW, I do not intend to modify the engine or the car in any way - well
maybe install a radio with cd player. But that's about it.

Sounds a bit annoying. Although not as evil as on my '89 Camaro. On the
camaro the plugs go horizontally into the engine under manifolds and stuff.
Two of the plugs can only be reached from underneath! That is pure evil!!

So I'd also need to peak into this pan to check for oil leaks, I guess...
