Subframe Bushing Clunk?

Installed the Coil-overs, Koni's, Delrin control arm
bushings in the front, and new front ball joints this
weekend.  I would have done the subframe bushings, but
F*cking Blau. still hasn't shipped them yet after they
said they were in stock, and I paid for 2-day air last
Wed.

Anyways, after about 60 miles or so I developed a
clunk.  hit the brakes, clunk.  Reverse and hit the
brakes, clunk, accell hard and let off the gas, small
clunk.  Does this sound like I finally killed them
testing out my new stiff suspention?

BTW, it's great, complete opposite of the previouse
lowering spring Boge combo.  I feel little bumps more,
but large bumps are less severe.
