Consumers Prefer Diesels Over Hybrids.

The July 2003 issue of European Car magazine has a good writeup
on the issue of diesel cars in the USA vis-a-vis emissions standards
and diesel fuel quality.  This is part of the review of the upcoming
Mercedes E320 CDI and there is a good commentary in the Editor's
Column section.
