Air Bag Module

I have a '91 CQ. 

Apparently, the air bag module somewhere in my dash needs replacing (Part #
443 959 655E).

I already bought the part. Not knowing where in the dash this piece is, I dont
know where to begin.

What's the least disruptive access to change this part? When replaced with a
good part, does the air bag light self - reset itself?
