High Beam Dash Light Out p New Harness

Installed the Blau harness on my '91 CQ. The drivers side stock wiring is
powering the relays. 

My blue high beam dash light is not coming although the low/high beams are
working fine. 

Has anyone else had a similar problem? Is the high beam dash light powered off
the passenger side?
