High Beam Dash Light Out p New Harness

Thanks for all the replies. It appears the right side high beam powers the
dash lights in my car.

Now, what's the best way to fix this? 

Should I just run the right sided wires and merge them where the left sided
wires are going into the harness relays?

Or can I just tap a wire or two into the post-relay wiring that's headed
towards the right sided headlight?

Or is there a more simple fix?

Thanks in advance again! I dont what would do without this input.

Has anyone else had a similar problem? Is the high beam dash light powered
