20V Turbo

I am strongly considering a '91 20V Turbo sedan with 95k miles for $7500.

Apparently no accidents and in good mechanical shape.

Do these cars last 250,000 miles on the original engine and transmission?

When I see the car, what are the areas that I should definetly inspect?

If you can point me to a web resource, I'd highly appreciate it.
