Keep Forever vs Sell <100k vs Lease Forever

I was looking over my annual expenses for my '91 Coupe since purchase, and
some years the total maintenance/repair costs were several thousand dollars.
Add in time and hassle factors, and you begin to wonder if the car is worth
keeping from a practical standpoint.

However, I also have friends, relatives, who always lease and I also see them
visiting the dealer often for repairs. These are of course free, but there is
time and hassle factors that remain the same.
