I bought mine from Ebay for about $300 US.  I'm sure you could find a
better deal by checking directly with the truck bone yards.

Surprising.. the Isuzu NPR is used all over the place in the US, in
various configurations.  I'm pretty sure I saw a few of them on a trip
to France a few years back.  Here is a link to some pictures of the

I'm sure there are plenty of yards in the US that would ship overseas.
