'85 4kq oil pressure light

While doing a bit of "spirited" driving in a large deserted parking lot,
several times the blinking oil pressure light in the instrument cluster
would come on.

It was only during long sharp turns at 45 - 50 mph that it would
illuminate.

I'm thinking of trying my hand at autocross next summer, but do not want
to have oil starvation problems.  Does anyone know if oil pan baffles or
some other contraption can be added to keep oil to the engine in long
high speed turns?   Is the windage tray from a 20v an effective
worthwhile upgrade, or are there better solutions out there?
