Depending on the assumptions made on volumetric efficiency, max duty
cycle, and power output I'm getting you should use an injector between
19 lb/hr (small side) and 24 lb/hr (large side). These sizes are pretty
common nowdays. I think the 5.0L fords used 19 lb/hr stock, and many
people upgrade to 24, and the GM MPFI systems were similar sized too. If
you were wanting to pinch pennys, you could probably get a set of Ebay
from the V8 applications for $10 or so. They'll be used of course :o)
The EFI BTDT people probably have experience choosing injectors for the
I5's though, so I'd wait to hear what they say, though I believe almost
all of them are boosted...
Let me know which intake you're not going to use. I'm looking for a rear
inlet manifold for a future EFI system I'm putting on a 5k.
Sorry..I'm no help on the 4-wire Bosch O2 sensor.
