Slow starting 5kT,

The injectors could still be leaking a bit, partially flooding it while its
sitting. It could also be your cold start valve (is there a cold start valve
code?). Try poping the injectors out of the head (leave them bolted on the
lines, its tricky but it CAN be done) and seeing if they drip at all.
