Will Manadatory dyno testing kill quattro and 4wd?

In WA, where we have dyno testing, 4wd are exempt from the dyno portion.  I
hear rumors of some stations being equipped with 4wd dyno's, but have not
seen one yet.

Note that most 4wd can use the 2wd dyno as they have a transfer case for
2wd/4wd.  It's only the permanent AWD with a center diff rather than
transfer case, such as Audi, that are exempt.
