Josh, I'm in Denver.  I'm not great with putting in CIS systems, but
if you are thinking EFI, than I can help more.  My car is going under
the knife next week for a tranny swap, I'm putting in a 016 locker
from a 4kq.  I also think the 84's have lower gearing than the rest of
the 4k's based on what I've read in the archives.  That could be good
or bad depending on how you look at it.

For motors, the MC2 is more responsive out of the box because it has a
smaller turbo and higher compression.  Unless you're planning on going
to the levels where I'm at power wise, I'd go with the MC2.  BTW,
there's one minus the turbo at pull'n save right now.  I'd recommend
finding a trashed 200 tq and buying the whole car though.  Of course,
MC's are probably cheaper and easier to find, and there is absolutely
nothing wrong with them:)
