Big problems

I believe there were fewer than 3 full rotations on the dry cylinders.
all of the turning over of the engine prior to this occurrence were
nicely lubed by the lucas stabilizer, and I am imagining that it
finally just got scraped entirely out of the cylinder walls. now that
it is dry i have only 2-3 full rotations on the engine (mostly by hand
because the starter is not powerful enough to turn the engine as is.)
what is the best way to lube the top of the cyl. and with what???
