Looking for CGT Coilover Spring Rate Advice for Track Use

I'm looking for any experience out there in which spring rates for track use 
for a CGT (or something similar)...

Right now I'm using 400# front, 325# rears w/ sway bars on both ends...  
Nice for the street, but with the turbo and no LSD (yet) I have serious, 
let's say, "traction issues" when exiting turns.

My thougts are 800# - 850# front and 700# - 750# rears with no front 
swaybar.   I figure that will keep the inside front better planted and make 
the back significantly stiffer.

Anoyone w/ experience care to comment?
