Quite right, carfax is a guide only, hardly a definitive statement. I've had
several cars that showed "clean" despite having insurance paperwork in hand.
I'd imagine their job's nearly impossible though, when you think of all the
different formats and beaurocracy that must be involved in acquiring info
from the gov't, ins co's, independant sources, dealerships, auction houses
et al. My hat's off to them for providing that level of research for even
20$!

That said, if you score 5g's, I'll take a chicago deepdish(in Chicago)!
