Well, I've never powder coated mine, but I've repaired two 4kq's that have had the same problem. On both of those, the hole drilled in the clutch pedal, the hole in the clevis on the clutch master and the pin holding the two together had worn.

On one of my 4kq's, I replaced all three things, the clutch master comes with a new clevis, and I bought a new pedal and pin. Works great.

On the other 4kq, I removed the pin, took out the clutch pedal, and unscrewed the clevis from the clutch slave.
I then took the clutch pedal and the clevis to home depot, and looked through the bins in their hardware section. I ended up finding a new pin that was of a universal variety. It was made with multiple holes drilled in it for a cotter pin on one side, and was flattened on the other end.

I went home, drilled the clevis and clutch pedal to fit the new pin, trimmed the new pin to the length I needed, and reassembled with a little grease. Works pretty well. It's not as nice as a whole new setup, but it cost me a total of $1.35 and an hour or two of my time. I'm sure it won't last as long as the permanent fix either, but it should survive for a few more years.

Good Luck!
