Regulator for the "Ultranator"

Over the years I have used a few VRs, the one that TiKan is talking about is
MFG in Japan and is the best one since it allows you to go a little higher
on the voltage (makes up for line voltage loss!). Unfortunately they are
hard to get and also pricier than the "STD" VR.

At present time I use a Bosch made VR which is the same as OEM.
Regardless of the part #, my experience shows that if it fits, it
works.................

Hey, I was just in AZ at an automotive test site and just got back on
Friday!

Take care,
Avi

Well, there has to be something different about Avi's regulators because
they output a higher voltage than the stock Bosch ones. Stock is around
13.6V whereas the Ultranator is something like 14.5V.
