Point taken. However I think a polite statement would have served. 
Also, admitting that there exists a "wink-nod-..." system of determining who gets a copy does little to improve one's legal standing.
And I find the idea that one must "pay his dues" before he is worthy of getting a copy of FA to be elitist. For that reason I share FA with anyone who contacts me off line. No charge. No secret handshake.
Finally; I would have liked to know more about ELSA. It looked interesting...
