cq window no rising...

Or...I could just spray contact cleaner on both switches, wait a while for
them to dry, and use the windows as Gawd had intended me to....  They now
work!

I'm sorry I dragged this out so long, and asked so many questions, but that
window wahring's interesting!  Who'd a thunk up such a circuit, 'cept those
clever Germans????
