The problem is while you can identify the car, you cannot identify the
driver. Unfortunately, one of the elements of any traffic offense is
placing the defendant behind the wheel of the vehilce at the time of the
infraction. Sometimes democracy can be frustrating, but if Mike's
Appache attack helicopter is unavailable, there is a company in Miami
that will put twin machine guns on your (tax advantaged) 6000 lb. Hummer
