Depends.  Is it FWD or Quattro?  That makes a big difference.
Also, location.  Quattros bring a premium in snow country.
They are less sought after in FL and S.CA. Maintenance is the
other big factor.  At 80K miles, it should have had a timing
belt change (at 60K). If not (if you don't see a receipt),
you can lower the price by about $1K.  Check www.kbb.com
and www.edmunds.com/ for pricing.

Hee hee.  Maybe.  Do you feel lucky?  Seriously, Audis are
reliable, but have trouble with electrics (sunroofs, windows,
radios, gauges). The engine should be good for 120K, but
the early 2.8L V6s (not 3L, as you wrote) had trouble with
oil leaks.

If you want truly trouble free performance, get a (bland)
Toyota. But you already know you'd rather have the Audi. :-)
