Need info on Cylinder head removal - Progress Report

I got mine from a general auto parts store. I think it was a Napa or Car
Quest. Used it on an 86 5kcsq. Not sure if it was 11mm, because I had to buy
the whole set, but the set had the size I needed. ( cost was around $30)
Worked fine.
