A4 seats into a B5 passat

Don't know for sure, but you should be able to measure the distance between the tracks and compare them pretty easily.  I tried putting 4000SQ seats in a 90Q and found that the 90Q is an inch or two wider.  In your case, I think there is a good chance it will work.
