New Type 44 Headliners or backing.

Hello All,
 
I'm trying to replace my headliner on my 89' 200TQ sedan and my 86' 5KTQ Avant, as the fiberboard backing is water damaged and the fabric is falling. Does anyone know where I can call or contact to buy a new one or atleast the backing to fabricate my own fabric?
