I'm pretty sure they're the same...as long as both have MC motors. They should be MAC-11's, the KH motors use MAC-07's. The only possible difference between auto and manual is the auto doesn't need the signal for the fuel cutoff valve. But I'm pretty sure the difference is in the wiring harness, not in the ECU... I noticed on my auto 5kT (KH), the ECU connector has a wire wire that doesn't connect to anything in the car's wiring harness, which I verified is correct after looking into the wiring diagram.
