No shear bolts on the 1990 ignition, it's a torx bolt.  There's also a
torx (tamperproof) holding in the ignition assembly on the V8Q...no need
for a  shear bolt when it takes about 3 or 4 hours to get the ignition
assembly out of the car I guess.  Only the "old" type 44's had the shear
bolt, the ones with the "short" instrument clusters, those ignition
assemblies fall out compared to the ones on the type 44's with the long
instrument clusters.
