4k fuel lines

My 4k has sprung a leak...the solid metal fuel line that (supply side) runs
under the car has a leak. This car has always been in the snow belt, so
underniegth it isn't a pretty sight. The fuel line basicly rusted right
where one of the rubber hangers is...i assume water just gets trapped there
and eventually rusts out. SO.....how do i go about fixing this? I am kinda
thinking i should replace as much of the fuel line as possible, since I am
sure the same thing will happen else where in a diffent spot down the road.

SO...what are my options, and does anyone know the diameter of the fuel
line? Or where to obtain it?  How does one splice it in there?  I have heard
of double flaring but I have never done it before.
