Sure will.  Lots of extra work.  

Heat, some shots of Kroil, and let it sit for a while soaking in the
Kroil.  From your pics, you could punch the middle of the bolt and use
that to guide a cobalt bit through the middle, starting with a small bit
and working up to larger ones.  The last time I came across this was on a
friends 200 (never had this problem on my cars, always put anti-seize on
the wheel bolts, head seats and disk contact points), drilled straight
through with the first small bit, by the time I had worked up two bit
sizes the bit caught a little and broken stud came out the back of the
hub.  

Looks like it might be easier to use clockwise extractors and take the
broken studs out on the engine side.  Fewer threads to traverse.
