No, should be just fine. The 5 cyl turbos are non-interference, so no 
valve clash possible. Even on an interference engine, one tooth off is 
unlikely to bend valves. There's a chance of detonation from altering 
the timing, but won't be an issue unless you're running higher than 
stock boost.
