Glad you got it fixed!! If there was anything damaged, it would not run correctly. If you have full power, nothing was damaged.

and the car had power and didn't over heat after that timing belt job.

My husband didn't think it hurt anything, but I am wondering if it can bend anything in the 
engine if things aren't line up just right???

I suppose that it didn't do it any good.
