Timing belt idler pulley (4kq)

THANKS for the feedback, we tried a bolt in the larger threaded
section and didnt feel comfortable really torquing on it...I'll give
the 2 pry vars a whirl...
Just out of curiosity (call it morbid) what would happen if I just
left it be....
