Timing belts, Whos is better??

Guys,
The question was with Timing belts, not alternator belts. As far as I know,
all timing belts are metric. They're sized by length, width, and number of
teeth. Personally, I prefer the Gates belts over the Continentals..... due
to the fact that Gates belts seem to more often have cuts in the ribs for
flexing where the Contis don't. This seems to make them last longer,
surprisingly. I had to order my Gates belt for my GM pickup as all of the
local suppliers had Conti or Kelly.
That said, if your change interval is 60K miles or less, I think you'd be
fine either way.
