oxymoron: dry snow tire?

The cables "kinda work" Wouldn't recommend them though- THey work in an
emergency- but you wouldn't want to drive very far with them..
Up here in the mountains of NM I have very agressive snow tires on all my
cars- on in Nov- off in March- never know when you're "really" going to need
them.
