I'll say.  There are bushings in the GL-4 tranny that will be eaten by the 
additives in GL-5.  I'm pretty sure I ruined a tranny in my 300ZX by using 
combination GL-4/GL-5 oil.

Your local NAPA should have straight GL-4 available on the shelf, in dino oil.
