Are you getting spark?

You have the same symptoms as my '86 5KTQ but I think
in the case of my car I mistankenly removed the
"spare" fuse (which is not really a spare but rather a
timing fuse) to pull codes and to test the fuel pump.
I have yet to get to it and see if replacing such fuse
will do the trick.
