CIS Help Needed.......

  I don't have a fused relay in my car, so I'm unfamiliar with this 'test 
mode'.  Eliminate the relay as a trouble source by pulling it and connecting 
the sockets into which the heavier relay spades plug.  If you don't get a 
running fuel pump then you'll know something is amiss.
