Jiffylube caught not doing billed maintenance

I think that generalization is a bit sweeping... I never had trouble 
until putting lowering springs on them.  Perhaps all Audis since some 
point in time are too low?

Ouch!  Ouch! Ouch!  I think I just stepped on a nail!

I had considered drilling a couple of holes in the concrete, matching 
holes in the ramp, and then dropping a pair of bolts in.  But I never 
bothered.
