Impact Wrench Recommendations

Regarding lug bolt installation, I've learned I want to know I can turn the
bolt in fully by hand and then apply the torque wrench. I had two bolts
break off in place that were turned in by wrench "until snug" and then
tightened with the torque wrench. I think both of them were in obstructed
holes. So now, if I can't turn the bolt in by hand, I get out a tap and
clean the holes completely. As a matter of practice, I now run the tap
through all the holes and wire brush all the bolts when I switch from
winter to summer tires on all our quattro cars. I'm not switching tires
for pay, so I'm not in such a rush to reinstall the fasteners that I can't
take time to keep threads in top shape.
